Measured research on who gets recommendedLatest reading

Contact

One form, read by one person. No ticket number, no autoresponder, and nothing kept after the message is passed on.

If you are reporting something factually wrong, include the page and the specific claim — here is what happens next. Arguments about the method are welcome; that is why it is published in full.

If you run a firm we measured

You will not have been told you appear here. Firms are not contacted before publication and are not offered a preview, because a ranking a firm helped shape before it ran is not a measurement. So the first you hear of it is likely this site.

Three things worth saying plainly, because they come up:

A low score here is a measurement of how often an assistant names you, which follows what has been published about you online. It is not a judgement of your work, and the reports say so on every page.

Using the data

Every report publishes its counts as CSV and JSON, and the raw answers those counts came from as plain text. All of it is reusable under CC BY 4.0 with attribution — no permission needed, no email required. If you want a cut we do not publish, ask.

What to expect

One person reads every message, so replies are not instant. Anything that looks like a factual error gets checked against the stored answers the report was built from before anything changes, and corrections are never made quietly.

There is nothing to buy here and nothing is being sold from these pages, so no message will be treated as a sales lead. See ownership and funding for who runs this and privacy for what is collected from readers.
